Come and see the works of the LORD, the desolations he has brought on the earth.

He makes wars cease to the ends of the earth; he breaks the bow and shatters the spear,

he burns the shields with fire. 10 "Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth."  Ps 46:8-10

Thanks for responding and coming to the rescue.

First Baptist Church of Westchester has answered the call. Each Sunday the congregation has brought food to their church to be delivered to Faith in Christ Ministries. This is the 3rd week they have responded to our needs.      -  And  -

Ms. Zephie Hearring of First Baptist Church of Alhambra came Monday morning. She recognized the urgency of the need; she said she is doing everything possible to meet the needs. Then she returned today with a car load of perishable food items. A special thanks to our friends of the Crusaders Class.

We thank God for Josue and Erica for blessing us with an assortment of shoes, toiletry items and a sundry of other items. Isn’t God the greatest? He provides through the compassionate hearts of friends.

VBS

What A Success:  We started the first day with 15 children. By the 3rd day, the 3 Spanish boys who thought they were not welcome back because of a soccer ball accident, returned. Thank you everyone who has been praying for them.

Richland Community Bible Church, Thank you for an AWESOME week with our children and teens.

First, we had a group from Alabama and last week a group from Michigan came and worked with our youth. The Hispanic, Afro American and Anglo community came together to praise the Lord. It has always been Pastor Joe’s desire to see people of all nationalities and races working together for one common good. God surely has been with us.

Prayer Concerns:

Our son, Hilkiah is returning home from Arizona, August 10. He is need of good reliable transportation.

He will be attending Santa Monica College, he has an internship position already lined up that will require a lot of driving.

If someone has a good used car that can be donated to our ministry, we would be extremely grateful. If you do have a good car and want to sell it at a good reasonable price, please contact us. Either way, we have to get him transportation.
